Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds flank steak
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbs corn starch
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded Carrots
Instructions
